Who are we?
A solution designed by e-commerce merchants, for e-commerce merchants
Omnichannel, modular, built to last — and to adapt to what already exists.
Solusquare is an e-commerce solution designed to empower businesses to manage their operations, not be constrained by them. It builds on what already works, automates what can be automated, and brings structure where it is missing — without imposing anything. We are the publisher of our technology — but not an integrator by default: every project starts with a scoping phase to ensure feasibility, efficiency, and business relevance.
Talk to the teamA solution born from within
Clust.com, 2001. The site is growing fast, but behind the scenes, everything is wobbling. Business is booming, teams are overwhelmed, and the organization can’t keep up. Sales are rising, but so are mistakes. Everyone is doing their best, yet everything feels fragmented. Tools don’t talk to each other, processes overlap, nothing really holds together. The risk of falling behind is real.
So the mission is given to the CIO: restore order, without adding complexity. No question of bolting on a gas-plant of a system or buying an ERP that’s too rigid, too slow, too expensive. Something else is needed. Something more flexible, more alive. A structure that supports the business without slowing it down. He puts together a small team. Three people, one goal: build an in-house solution—modular, web-connected, able to evolve with the business.
They’re not trying to innovate for innovation’s sake. They build to solve. One block for orders. One for payments. Then inventory, customers, logistics. Each module fits naturally into the whole. Flows become clear. Operations become automated. The team can breathe again. And soon, what was just a tool becomes a backbone. Solid. Intuitive. Resilient.
That’s how Solusquare was born. Not in a lab, but in the field. Designed by people doing e-commerce every day, not by those watching from afar. And even today, that philosophy remains intact. Solusquare isn’t a fixed solution: it’s a living platform, built to last—because it was first built to hold.

Our approach
Do it right, do it well
We don’t roll out a solution; we build a project. For more than twenty years, the way we work has been based on a few simple but essential principles:
- Build a solution, not « install software ».
Every project deserves a framework, a purpose, and a clear trajectory. - Understand before acting.
Every project starts with analysing the business need, not with a demo. - Never impose what can be integrated.
The platform adapts to what already exists and does not require starting from scratch. - Automate what needs to be automated. Nothing more.
Performance comes from clarity, not from feature overload. - Define the scope before committing.
You can’t do it “as planned” if nothing has been planned together. - Support what we design.
We stay involved at every stage, through to successful implementation. - Intervene with precision.
Neither too much nor too little — just what’s needed, in the right place.
What Solusquare enables
A solid foundation that adapts to yours
Solusquare supports more than 200 companies in the digitalization of their e-commerce activity, in B2B as well as B2C. From fast-growing SMEs to industry leaders, the platform adapts to complex contexts, existing environments, and ambitious goals. It enables our clients to sell better, manage more precisely, and evolve without ever calling their foundations into question.
Guaranteed sovereignty
Solusquare is designed, developed, operated, and hosted in France. With no dependency on public clouds or foreign software vendors. Even our physical infrastructure is designed locally, in Tier IV data centers powered 100% by green energy. Sovereignty is not a talking point: it is a foundation.
Modular by design
Our platform is made up of integrated business building blocks (ERP, OMS, PIM, e-commerce site, POS, etc.) that we assemble according to the client’s real needs. If a building block does not exist yet, we create it. The project should not have to fit the platform; the platform should adapt to the objectives.
Cost control
At Solusquare, you don’t pay to connect or compensate for external modules. Everything is native, integrated, and fully controlled. This approach ensures budget stability, maximum performance, and scalability with no hidden costs. Because your ambition deserves a reliable partner.
