Profil Type :

The Account Manager position is a fundamental component of the Solusquare Sales Direction team.

The position serves as the lead point of contact for all operational aspects of the merchant processing relationship during the contract life, identifying opportunities for proactive discussions with the merchant regarding their business, growth strategies and recommendations as to how Solusquare may assist in meeting overall profitability objectives

  • Preferably 5 + years external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (services, software or hardware), with evidence of prior success in Sales Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within medium and large organizations
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipe Drive or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (FR, ENG, additional one is appreciated)
  • Language requirements as determined by territory needs
  • Masters or advanced degree, with strong evidence of success in school

We are looking for an International Account Manager to create long-term, trusting

relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Consulting with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise- wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Solusquare’s products and services
  • Deliver best-in-class merchant support to merchants.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve merchants’ issues and follow up with responsible parties until they are resolved. (Technology center, CRM Center, Partners (IT, Consulting and Agencies)
  • Work with Technology Center to ensure account retention and maximum satisfaction of clients within assigned portfolios as measured by quarterly or semi-annual survey tools.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Proficiency in account planning and understanding of territory management
  • Deliver best-in-class merchant support to merchants.

Solusquare has strong growth ambitions for the next few years with the objective of reaching 10M € in turnover within 5 years and becoming the number 1 French e-Commerce platform in SaaS. For almost a year now, Solusquare has taken a new turn by opening a commercial office in Paris and recruiting people in sales and marketing. Concrètement, nous sommes un ERP qui permet de répondre à toutes les problématiques de gestion liées au e-Commerce dans une perspective omnicanal (online & offline), aussi bien sur des segments BtoC que BtoB, en France, comme à l’international. Notre solution est en SaaS, et nous en assurons l’hébergement depuis notre cloud privé.

L’intérêt de Solusquare ? Libérer les entreprises de la technique pour leur permettre de se concentrer sur leurs clients et leur commerce tout en exploitant le meilleur des technos e-Commerce.

La finalité ? Permettre à nos clients d’apporter les meilleures expériences d’achat à leurs clients (toi, moi, nous en fait) = mobile, omnicanal, sans frictions et personnalisées.

Profil Type :

– Démontrer une forme de curiosité obsessionnelle qui sert ton sens des affaires, ton apprentissage rapide, ton épanouissement intellectuel, ta créativité en toutes circonstances et … ton auto-motivation au quotidien
– Avoir la gnaque et une recherche malsaine des gros challenges
– Savoir bien écrire, sans fautes avec un style simple et sobre
– Aisance totale en anglais (espagnol un plus)

Connaissances nécessaires :

– Connaissances et compréhension des SI et de la vente B2B de logiciels (notamment en SaaS)
– Connaissances et compréhension des enjeux du e-commerce et Web

Descriptif de la mission :

– Décrocher des rdv = appeler, mailer, assurer le suivi, appeler, mailer, recommencer
– Détecter au quotidien les opportunités : actualités, réseaux perso/pro/d’affaires, analyses, ciblage… et contacter les prospects pour prise de rdv
– Faire avancer les opportunités jusqu’à leur clôture : qualification des besoins, préparation des supports, présentation de Solusquare, démo de nos produits, réponse aux appels d’offres, chiffrage…
– Développement des partenariats Solusquare avec les cabinets de conseil, agences digitales, intégrateurs, partenaires techno…
– Enrichissement de l’offre commerciale Solusquare : travail sur le contenu, les supports…
– Administration des ventes : amélioration des process de vente (lead scoring, analyse de lead, suivi…) et administration au quotidien des actions de vente (log des calls, mails, actions, next steps)
– Se former aussi bien sur le e-Commerce qu’aux techniques de vente
– Participation à la réflexion stratégique de l’entreprise

Solusquare a de fortes ambitions de croissance pour les prochaines années avec l’objectif d’atteindre 10M€ de CA d’ici 5 ans et devenir le numéro 1 français des plateformes e-Commerce en SaaS. Depuis bientôt 1 an, Solusquare a pris un nouveau tournant en ouvrant un bureau commercial à Paris et en recrutant des personnes au commercial et au marketing.
