Solusquare celebrates 20 years of its e-commerce platform Solusquare Commerce Cloud

In the ever-changing world of e-Commerce and Technology, staying at the forefront is essential to success. Solusquare, publisher and integrator of e-commerce solutions, recently celebrated an important milestone: the 20th anniversary of its solution SaaS e-commerce Solusquare Commerce Cloud. The festivities took place on April 26 and 27, 2023, within the magnificent Domaines de Saint-Endréol.

 

The event served as a platform for Solusquare to look back on two decades of expertise and innovation. Renowned clients such as Fragonard, Carré d'Artistes, Caran d'Ache, Narbonne Accessories, Believe and Laboratoires Eric Favre, and partners CyberCité, Nosto and Payplug, were invited to take part in a professional seminar dedicated to exploration of the remarkable journey of Solusquare since its creation in 2003.

 

A unique opportunity to dive back into the heart of an adventure that actually started two years earlier with a solution whose objective was to ensure the proper management of the activity of the Clust.com merchant site. But also the opportunity to highlight the evolution of the platform while emphasizing its adaptability and its agility offering tailor-made solutions to disproportionate projects.

 

Beyond the retrospective, the meeting also made it possible to present the 2023 e-commerce trends, presented by experts in the sector. The participants were able to discover, thanks to Catherine Petit, journalist for Les Clés du Digital, the state of the e-commerce market and the impact of the arrival of AI in this context, explore the impacts of successive crises (COVID- 19, Ukraine, inflation…) on consumer behavior in terms of Search Marketing, to note the importance of personalized merchandising in stimulating Conversion rate, and seize the keys to a smooth and successful omnichannel customer experience thanks to unified payment and commerce.

 

The event included, as usual, the annual User Club workshop, fostering an interactive environment for Solusquare customers and partners, and encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration and platform flexibility.
